Leveraging your most important asset: your time

Updated: Jul 18

HEY YOU! Did you know that 80% of my clients are CEO's, directors or other C-level executives? Yes, I teach them how to move around in the gym, but more importantly they learn how to invest their most valuable thing: their time.

On average it takes about 21 days to create a new habit, but it changes your life voor 21+ years.

A morning workout "costs" you 30-60 min, but it creates momentum for the rest of the day.

Prepping your meals takes up to 2 hours in the weekend, but saves you 45 min each day for the rest of the week.

There's no room for short term thinking in a high performing job. It requires taking uncomfortable decisions that allowes you to reap the benefits in the future. STOP making EXCUSES!

1. "It's Wednesday and I worked so hard already. I deserve an evening on the couch with some Netflix." - This will keep you further away from reaching your goals. One hour workout is only 4% of the day.

2. "I'm not feeling motivated. I think it's better to skip this workout and allow myself to rest." While in some cases it's good to listen to your body, most people struggle with truely understanding their body. Almost always you feel BETTER after you complete a workout.

3. "My business is more important than a stupid workout." This is what I see with most people: they value their work so much, they neglect their own health. But business professionals who work out daily, perform better in work: more energy, a clear mind and more confidence.

4. "My back hurts all the time so I don't think working out is a good idea." On the contrary: by working with the right (back) muscles, you can actually improve your back pain!
